Integrity UltraFlow - Dry Superplasticizer
About
Integrity UltraFlow is a professional-grade superplasticizer designed for concrete producers who need maximum fluidity without increasing water content. Formulated as a dry powder polycarboxylate, UltraFlow delivers significantly more water reduction and workability than liquid superplasticizers while avoiding the drawbacks of added mix water and unnecessary shipping weight.
UltraFlow excels in challenging concrete applications where traditional admixtures fall short, including self-consolidating concrete, GFRC, ECC, UHPC, and ultra-low water-cement ratio mixes below 0.25. Its powerful dispersing action allows cement particles to fully wet and separate, producing highly fluid concrete that flows easily into detailed molds and complex forms while maintaining strength and density.
In addition to superior flow, UltraFlow supports improved color dispersion, faster mixing through quicker cement wet-out, and modest gains in compressive and flexural strength. Its high potency allows for precise dosing, giving producers tight control over workability without over-fluidizing the mix.
Developed for compatibility with both Portland and CSA cement systems, Integrity UltraFlow integrates seamlessly into modern high-performance concrete designs and works alongside most commonly used admixtures.
Specs
WHERE CAN INTEGRITY ULTRAFLOW BE USED?
- Self-consolidating concrete
- Direct casting and detailed molds
- Difficult mixes
- GFRC
- ECC
- UHPC
- Ultra-low w/c ratios (sub-0.25)
WHAT TYPE OF CEMENT IS COMPATIBLE WITH INTEGRITY ULTRAFLOW?
- Effective in both Portland cement and CSA cement-based concrete
- Compatible with most commonly used admixtures
WHAT DOES INTEGRITY ULTRAFLOW LOOK LIKE?
UltraFlow is a fine, off-white powder. Some black specs may be evident. This is completely normal and does not affect the appearance of the concrete. A tiny amount of UltraFlow is used for even the most dramatic effects in your concrete countertop mix.
Instructions
WHAT IS THE DOSAGE RATE FOR INTEGRITY ULTRAFLOW?
- Dose as a percentage of total cementitious weight (cement + pozzolan)
- Suggested starting dose for direct casting GFRC: 0.375%
- You can start with tiny doses to gain workability without making the concrete fluid
- Maximum dose: 1.5%
- Overdosing will lead to segregation, so make test batches prior to production to ensure optimum dosage for your concrete mix design
- Have a viscosity modifier (VMA) on hand in case of segregation
NOT SURE HOW MUCH INTEGRITY ULTRAFLOW TO USE ON YOUR PROJECT?
UltraFlow dosage directly affects workability and water-to-cement ratio. From stiff, hand-pressed concrete to fully self-consolidating mixes, small adjustments make a big difference.

| UltraFlow: 0% | w/c Ratio: 0.27 to 0.30 |

| UltraFlow: 0% to 0.1% | w/c Ratio: 0.30 to 0.33 |

| UltraFlow: 0.1% to 0.2% | w/c Ratio: 0.30 to 0.33 |

| UltraFlow: 0.10% to 0.15% | w/c Ratio: 0.32 to 0.33 |

| UltraFlow: 0.4% to 0.85% | w/c Ratio: 0.30 |
| Chill concrete to below 60°F (16°C) to achieve optimal flowability | |

WHEN SHOULD I ADD INTEGRITY ULTRAFLOW?
- UltraFlow can be added at any time during mixing, but it is most effective when added early in the mixing process before the cement is added
- For blended mixes, add the UltraFlow up front dissolved in your mix water or dry blended with your sand
- When added early in the mixing process, less superplasticizer is needed to achieve the same degree of fluidization
