WP-51 is used anywhere a polyurethane sealant is required. It is regularly used in conjuction with bonderized flashing, for sealing all seams and overlaps.

Inspection
Surface must be structurally sound, dry and free of laitance, oil, grease, curing agents, dirt, dust or other foreign material that may prevent proper adhesion.
Preparation
Clean the surface by wire brushing or sandblasting. Grind back any coatings down to the concrete. Please refer to the desired System Specification Sheet for further information regarding Preparation. Surface should be prepared per industry standard.
Applying
Product Apply with a professional caulking gun, smooth with a putty knife or joint tool as needed. Dry Time Tack Free in ~50-55 min (70.0°F and 48% R.H). Total cure time is ~24 hours.
Clean Up
Uncured material should be cleaned with an environmentally-safe solvent. Cured material should be removed mechanically or with an environmentally-safe solvent.
