Add customizable color to interior concrete with a low-VOC, water-based stain designed to enhance the character of the existing surface. Westcoat Water-Based Stain Grind & Seal combines diamond-ground concrete with SC-35 Water-Based Stain, which can be applied in single or multiple colors to create a range of decorative and variegated finishes. Designed primarily for residential interior floors with light foot traffic, the system provides an easy way to renew and add color to existing concrete without the acidic ingredients, rinsing, or neutralizing required with acid stains.
The standard system uses SC-35 Water-Based Stain, SC-65 Semi-Gloss Polyurethane Sealer, and CA-33 Aluminum Oxide #320 to create a durable, protective finish. Alternative sealers and optional products are also available for different finishes and performance needs.
