Westcoat TC-4 Fine Texture Cement
About
TC-4 is primarily used in conjunction with WP-81 and WP-82 Cement Modifiers and used in several Westcoat Systems. It is designed to be used in interior applications when a smooth surface is desired.

Instructions
As a Primer
Mix 2 parts A with 1 part B (by volume) of EC-11 Water-Based Epoxy for 3-5 minutes. Apply at a rate of 250-500 square feet per gallon by spraying or rolling to ensure even coverage. TC-4 may be applied as soon as the EC-11 is tacky and not wet (approximately 1 to 4 hours at 70F degrees), but no later than 6 hours. If you are unable to coat over the primer within 6 hours, broadcast #30 or #60 silica sand into the wet primer (See complete EC-11 Product Specification Sheet).
Mixing
Must add WP-81 or WP-82 and water. See specific System Specification Sheet for mixing instructions.
Coverage
One 50 pound bag will cover 150 square feet to 350 square feet. Coverage will vary depending on use.
Applying Product
TC-4 may be troweled, squeegeed or broomed. See specific System Specification Sheet for detailed application information.
